    Amazing Birthday

    Posted in: Cards

It’s always fun to play with new rubber, don’t you think?

I made a few of these cards in varying colours last week for team members.

    Amazing Birthday

Nice and bright and fun.  I’ve used the markers to colour directly onto the rubber stamp and huffed on the stamp before stamping my image.  I’ve also added a little Back to Black Designer Series Paper, only silly me cut the paper wrong, so some cards are in a different direction.

    Card Recipe:

    All supplies from Stampin’ Up!

Stamps: Amazing Birthday, Kinda Electric (both new in the 2014-15 Catalogue)

    • Ink: Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry, Island Indigo, Basic Black Markers
    • Card: Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry, Island Indigo, Back to Black DSP (new in the 2014-15 Catalogue)
    • Embellishments: Rhinestones
    • Other: White Gel Pen, Big Shot, Circles Framelit

    Project Life

The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived.  And I’m even excited about this, which should say something considering the amount of scrapbooking I share with you all.

If you are looking for a very simplified system of keeping your photo’s in an album then this is it.  As my hubby said, it’s really just a photo album.  You put your photos into pockets, but there are spaces where you can add journalling cards to tell your story.  You can keep it really simple or add a little ‘Flair’ to it.

Here’s my very very first page, done in a 6×8 page. (this size will be available in July)

    PL First Page

All I’ve done is place a 6×4 photo in the top pocket, a 3×4 photo in the bottom pocket, added a journalling card, a bit of washi tape along the bottom.  I’ve also stamped and cut out a the arrow and heart from the What’s Up? Stamp Set.

Today, the Everyday Adventure Collection is released, with more collections to come in the new catalogue.

All the products are now online for you to purchase, or you can send me an email and I’ll get it ordered for you.

It’s that time of the year again, where we take a trip down memory lane, and farewell some of our Stamp Sets.

Today we say goodby to Betsy’s Blossoms.

Here a card I created with it for a Team Swap back in 2012!!  I do love the flower image in the background.
