The Artful Stampers Blog Hop Challenge 16

Monday has rolled around again, which means it’s time for another Artful Stampers Blog Hop Challenge.  This week we have a Sketch Challenge. I’ve used A Happy Thing Stamp Set which is a FREE Sale a Bration set (pg 19)

I’ve tried to go Clean and Simple with this card, not sure if I’ve managed to pull it off though.

I’ve first stamped in Black Memento Ink and have used the same colours as in the Sale a Bration Catalogue.  Bermuda Bay, Cherry Cobbler and Daffodil Delight Blendabilities.

I’ve cut out my image using the Circle Framelits, and sponged around the edge with Bermuda Bay Ink.

On a Whisper White panel I’ve used Washi Tape from Beach House (the Crushed Curry one) and the Everyday Adventure Project Life Accessory Pack ( the Bermuda Bay one).

I’ve then used Dimensionals to adhere the Bird over the Washi Tape.  I stamped Just for You (From the Herd) in Bermuda Bay Ink.

The rolled rose is made from Cherry Cobbler Card, edged with a 2 Way Glue Pen and then dipped in Dazzling Diamonds Glitter (still a bit wet when I took the photo).

This whole panel is then mounted onto a Whisper White card base with Dimensionals.

The sparkle you can see on the bird is from Wink of Stella.
