Hawaii Grand Vacation Blog Hop
Welcome to the Grand Vacation Hawaii Blog Hop, made up of South Pacific and North American Demonstrators who achieved Stampin’ Up!s Grand Vacation to Hawaii. You may have come from Connie Stewart’s Blog
Well, last night my blog broke and I lost my whole post and have to write it all up again… wahhhhhh!!! So I’m not going to tell you the story that inspired me, but I will tell you that I wanted a Hula Girl with a swaying grass skirt.
A fair bit of thought went on in my mind before I started creating, and I’m happy to say, it worked out the way I wanted it to.
I’m not normally into Punch Art, but I did quite enjoy making this card and having it all come together nicely. The Hula Girl was found on Pinterest and the Coconut Palm was inspired by a card Clare Langsford (SU Office) sent me when I first earned the Hawaii Trip.
Here’s a closer look at some of the pieces that went into making it.
I showed my Husband, he thinks she should have a face, and a sun in the corner!
And to show you how it all works, I made a quick video. And for the record, I can actually speak English 😉
Okay, so next we are going to hop over to Tami White’s Blog to see what she has created.
