Sneak Peek at Brusho Colour Crystals
Brusho is going to be one of those items you NEED to place on your Wish List from the new Occasions Catalogue. Especially if you love playing with techniques!
I busted mine out the other day, ignored the water and went straight to a fun technique using ironing starch. I did have to buy some starch, it’s not something I regularly have in my laundry cupboard, something to do with lack of ironing *wink*
It’s not a messy technique, but you do have to prepare it in advance as you need to allow overnight drying time before you can create your cards. That’s the hardest part right?
I love the way, once I cut out the butterfly, it took on a stained glass look. The butterfly is from a new set called Beautiful Day, the Happy Birthday sentiment is from Picture Perfect Birthday.
Brusho doesn’t come in Stampin’ Up! colours, but once you have your finished piece, it’s really easy to find cardstock to match. I’ve used Dapper Denim and Wild Wasabi. My Brusho colours where Prussian Blue and Yellow.

Hi Jill, it’s called Zentangling or Zentangle. I think I did a video of it on my FaceBook Page, I’ll go look for it.
