The Artful Stampers Blog Hop – Challenge 2

I hope you enjoyed checking out our first Challenge that was set last Monday.  This week I’ve set the team a Sketch Challenge.

Here’s my card.

And here’s the sketch, incase you’d like to play along too.

I’ve used the stamp Christmas Bauble for the circle in my sketch, coloured with Rich Razzleberry, Coastal Cabana, Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive Blendabilities.  My card base is also Rich Razzleberry, with a double layer of Rich Razzleberry, the top layer has been embossed with the Stars Embossing Folder through the Big Shot.  The banner layer is Bermuda Bay as I find it gives a richness to the Coastal Cabana colour in the bauble.

After I’d finished colouring the bauble, I did go over the image outline again with a Black Marker, just to give it back its depth.

The Merry Christmas sentiment is from the Good Greetings Stamp Set which is FREE until the end of October.
