  1. Congratulations Alisa on all your awards! Thank you so much for sharing your secrets of watercoloring! I have stalked your blog for about 6 months now and admit that you have enabled me to buy a couple of retired sets through ebay because I fell in love with so many of your cards =) Ha! Now I think you might have just enabled me to buy more markers 😉

  2. Thanks Alisa for sharing your watercolouring talent at convention & for this re-cap of how to do it. I was so wowed watching your magic, I didn’t write any notes! Congrats on all your achievements & best wishes for another great year. Di 🙂

  3. It was WOW (and sorry I forgot to email a better pic of you *blush*)…. i’m with Marelle – its pretty ACE to hang with such a celeb, and such a down-to-earth “norty” one at that! 😉

  4. Hi Alisa,
You did a WONDERFUL job presenting watercolouring at Convention. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to get a chance to try it out. I’ve watercoloured with the crayons and inks before but never with the markers – my customers are gonna love it! Thanks so much.
    Bec.

  5. Beautiful work! That boat, those shells, and the flowers (not to mention the jelly fish) are sooooo exquisite! The depth of coloring is amazing! Thanks for sharing!

  6. Congrats and welcome back Alisa. I love the way the cards turn out using markers and now I’ve seen what you have done I might just have to get some myself 🙂 Well done, I love them.

  7. Congrats Alisa on all your achievements over the weekend. Your ‘Wow’ was just that! Who wouldn’t be nervous being first up for the weekend with 300 faces staring back at you! I loved your watercolouring demo and really like the tip about using grey to give the image more depth. These card are just exquisite! This was my first convention with Yvonne Campbell as my upline an I absolutely had a ball and I’ll definitely be going back next year!

  8. thanks for explaining how to use markers to colour. I never use them for colouring as I felt they were too dark and solid. Now I know how to use them properly I will give them a try. Can you use them on whisper white in this way?
