Welcome to the Stamping Society September Blog Hop! This month we are featuring the Nature’s Beauty Stamp Set.
AND I have a video for you! (if you’re reading via email, you may need to come to the blog to see it)
How cute is this little Bunny? Actually, ALL of the images of the animals in this set have such serene faces, even the fox. They are quite calming to look at.
Did you know that in Australia, $4.25 from every sale of Nature’s Beauty will go towards Mental Health Organisations! How amazing is that!
I’ve coloured the Bunny in with Inks and an Aqua Painter for this card. In my card which is part of the Online Tutorial Collection, I colour the Fox with Blends.
Make sure you check out the rest of our Design Team’s Blogs
And now for the Online Tutorial/Video Class
You have three ways to get my Classes:
1. Purchase the product to the value of $35 in my Stampin’ Up!® store and earn the class of the month for free. Tutorial will be emailed to you.
2. Purchase the Class no matter where you are in the world (no product purchase required). Click the Add to Cart button on any Class. The PDF will be emailed to you automatically on payment being received, links to the Video Classes will be in the written tutorials.
Welcome to the Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop. I’m so excited to be in another Global Blog Hop! With so much talent, I’m actually a little nervous!
Each month there is a different theme, the theme for August is a Sneak Peek of the new Holiday Catalogue!! And woohoo!! I finally played with holiday items for the first time!
For my card I’ve used Light & Peace. As soon as I saw this set, I fell in love with the Angel. I did have a visual of what I wanted, but it sort of changed as I was creating!
I was going to originally keep my card very simple without embellishment or bling. But then I felt like it needed something so I put a few rhinestones on. Then a few more, and then I just got completely carried away!! OOPS!!
I’ve coloured our lovely Angel with Blends. I’ve used Lovely Lipstick and Rococo Rose for her dress. I might even do a video soon to show you how I coloured and in what order.
For the background I used a makeup brush and layed down Daffodil Delight, then Crushed Curry. I then flicked some water from my Aqua Painter on it to create the light spots.
I was also going to use a bigger sentiment from the set, but wanted to keep Angel the focus (unless you get distracted by all the bling!). The smaller sentiment was perfect.
Okay, so now it’s time to hop on over to our next designer. Here’s a list of everyone creating this month.
Today at Linc N Learn, we made our cards in the same colours but one in Landscape and one in Portrait. Normally we would just flip our sketch, so the card sizes would be the same, just turned. Today, we altered the sizes so that the sketch would actually look the same.
The stamps used are To a Wild Rose, Itty Bitty Birthdays, and Timeless Textures, which I later discovered is retired! I think I’ll be leaving this one on my shelf though.
The colours used are Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Blushing Bride (in the flower) and Rococo Rose. Embellishments are Lace Ribbon and Clear & Frosted Epoxy Drops.
Hey Everyone! I’m having a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Sale in my Stamping and Cardmaking Facebook Group. I was originally going to hold it on Tuesday, but seems like some have found my ‘hidden’ album, so I’ve started the sale now!

The BOGO works like this –
