Stampin’ Up! Birthday Blossoms
Welcome to Colour Your World Blog Hop! Where Demonstrators from around the world create based on a Colour Combo. This month I stepped away from Birthday Blooms and Rose Wonder to play with the Stampin’ Up! Birthdday Blossoms Set for a change.
Here’s the Colour Combo for this month – soooo pretty!
I’ve taken the graphic quite literally when I created my card.
I’ve started off with a Soft Sky Card Base, and sponged Marina Mist Ink around the area that I wanted my flowers to sit.
I’ve then stamped my flowers and leaves onto Shimmery White card and watercoloured with Pink Pirouette and Rose Red Inks. The leaves were coloured with Wild Wasabi Ink. Once nice and dry, I cut them out leaving a small white border around each image.
The flowers are all mounted with Dimensionals, and the leaves stuck flat with the 2 Way Glue Pen. A few black sequins finishes the card off.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my take on the Colour Combo, next we are hopping on over to Patsy Waggoner, who always has something special to share.
There’s only a few weeks left until the Retiring Items will become Retired, and you won’t be able to get them anymore, please don’t miss out.
Hostess Club @ Home Sign Ups also close in a few week.
Online Code Club for the month will end on the 25th May.
