Earthen Elegance Loaded Shape

Stampin Up Earthen Elegance would have to be one of the nicest Suites in the Annual Catalogue! And I’m not asking you – I’m telling you LOL.

For my Live Card Making Class this week, I had a bit of inspiration from YouTube. Scrolling through the list of recommended for me videos was one called Loaded Circles (there’s a few videos on there). Basically, it’s a cut out circle, loaded with heaps of different elements. I was going through my dies, looking for my circles, when the Countryside Corners Dies popped their head up. I thought their shape may be better suited for the Earthen Textures Bundle than the circles. Now, shape isn’t as loaded as those in the videos on YouTube, but I still like the way this card turned out.

I’ve actually stacked 5 layers of the Countryside Corners shape on top of each other to create a faux box board effect, then topped it off with a layer of the DSP.

Look at all that gorgeous texture in the Pot Handles, and in the Fan Leaf at the back. So good!
