I had a little play with the new Jar of Flowers by Stampin’ Up! This new set is a reversible set, which means you can turn the jar over and stamp it as a solid. I did this in my card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may have seen the painted mason jars on Pinterest, they have almost a chalky look to them. I used the solid side of the stamp and stamped with Whisper White Ink onto Petal Pink card, then punched out with the matching punch. I think this might show up better on a darker colour card. Might have to play again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can see tho, that the jar is lighter than the card base, and does have a bit of chalky texture to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flowers are stamped onto Shimmery Card, coloured with Petal Pink & Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow & Shaded Spruce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And of course my favourite Label Me Bold set for the sentiment. You only have a few more days left to purchase this one before it’s gone for good. You’ll be seeing lots from in the future tho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
