There is something rather fun about an Advent calendar filled with crafting surprises, and I couldn\u2019t resist opening Door 1 of the Stampin Up Advent Calendar<\/a> a little early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A little warning before we go any further: this post contains a spoiler for Door 1!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Advent calendar includes a beautiful floral stamp set, with the images larger than they appear on the front of the box. Behind the first door is a coordinating set of dies containing both outline dies for several stamped images and additional decorative pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For my first project, I decided to step away from the bright colours I\u2019ve been using lately and create something with a softer, vintage feel.<\/p>\n\n\n
