The card and envelope are from the Gift Card and Envelope pack<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 I’ve just added some Rhinestones<\/a> and used Bermuda Bay<\/a> and Tangerine Tango Ink<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Everything else was in the Accessories Kit.<\/a><\/p>\n
