{"id":4001,"date":"2014-10-06T08:30:11","date_gmt":"2014-10-05T22:30:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alisatilsner.com\/blog\/?p=4001"},"modified":"2014-10-06T09:25:18","modified_gmt":"2014-10-05T23:25:18","slug":"the-artful-stampers-challenge-hop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alisatilsner.com\/blog\/the-artful-stampers-challenge-hop\/","title":{"rendered":"The Artful Stampers Challenge Hop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week I set a challenge for my team.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;m hoping we can do one each week, and blog about it.<\/p>\n<p>I had those butterflies that I had coloured so set the challenge around the colours I used.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a look at my card.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alisatilsner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_8457.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4002\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alisatilsner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_8457.jpg\" alt=\"First Edition Butterfly\" width=\"620\" height=\"527\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alisatilsner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_8457.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.alisatilsner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_8457-352x300.jpg 352w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The colours I picked were<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alisatilsner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Team-Blog-Hop-e1412405229819.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4003 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alisatilsner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Team-Blog-Hop-e1412405229819.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"310\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As I mentioned in a previous post, the butterflies are from a <em><strong>My Digital Studio<\/strong><\/em> Stamp called <em><strong>First Edition Butterfly<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>I resized them in MDS and then printed them out, coloured them in with the <em><strong>Blendabilities<\/strong><\/em> and then cut them out.<\/p>\n<p>The layout is kept fairly simple.\u00c2\u00a0 <em><strong>Daffodil Delight<\/strong><\/em> is my base and is cut long ways instead of a regular A5 size.\u00c2\u00a0 The layering panels are <em><strong>Bermuda Bay<\/strong><\/em>, with the top layer stamped with <em><strong>Dictionary<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Gorgeous Grunge<\/strong><\/em> Stamp Sets.\u00c2\u00a0 I then sponged around the edges of the top layer with the same ink.\u00c2\u00a0 The smaller layer is <em><strong>Coastal Cabana<\/strong><\/em>, it has been stamped with the FREE Hostess Stamp <em><strong>Good Greetings<\/strong><\/em> in Memento Black Ink.\u00c2\u00a0 To finish the card off, I placed a few Coastal Cabana <em><strong>Sequins<\/strong><\/em> around the butterflies.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m hoping to be back with a video to show you how I coloured the butterflies.<\/p>\n<p>Now being a Blog Hop Challenge, your next stop will be <a href=\"http:\/\/tamsinadams.blogspot.com.au\/2014\/10\/artfull-stampers-colour-combo-challenge.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tamsin Adams<\/a> from Tassie \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>I hope you&#8217;ve had fun checking out our creations, and feel inspired to have a go at the colour challenge too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week I set a challenge for my team.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;m hoping we can do one each week, and blog about it.
