Darn it! I missed our Team Blog Hop this week.\u00a0 The theme for this week was Watercolouring too \ud83d\ude41\u00a0 I had a piece of watercoloured paper set aside too, but got caught up with family gardening (read weeding).\u00a0 Anyway, today I have used the watercoloured card along with the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Flourishes and Amazing Birthday Stamp Sets.<\/p>\n

Tips for Recreating the Card:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Choose colours that blend well together.\u00a0 I’ve watercoloured in Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral, Rose Red, Blackberry Bliss<\/p>\n

Use the Embossing Buddy over the card before embossing in White Powder, it will help eliminate stray powder on your card.<\/p>\n

Ink up your stamp with versamark well.\u00a0 The texture in the watercolour paper sometimes don’t pick up all the image.<\/p>\n

Emboss your sentiment on Black Card with White Embossing Powder for a different look.<\/p>\n

Embellish with Clear Sequins for a subtle extra.<\/p>\n

I used Dimensionals for all the adhesive in this card to give loads of height.<\/p>\n

This card was quick and easy.\u00a0 You could make up a pile of watercoloured backgrounds ready to go.\u00a0 The best part is that each one will be unique.<\/p>\n

Don’t forget to shop<\/a> from the Retiring List, don’t leave it too late.\u00a0 Flowering Flourishes has sold out, but Amazing Birthday is still there.<\/p>\n
