Happy Monday!!\u00a0 That means it’s time for another Blog Hop from The Artful Stampers gals.\u00a0 This week is a sketch, I’m using the Stampin’ Up! Large Numbers Thinlits because I needed a Birthday card for my eldest son!<\/p>\n

Yep 15 years ago, 5 weeks early I became a Mum for the first time.\u00a0\u00a0 At this\u00a0 moment in time (morning), I was being prepped for the Royal Flying Doctors to come pick up us.\u00a0 I’d already been in labour for 2 days, but being that he was early and breach, I had to go to Adelaide for his birth.<\/p>\n

Anyway, enough of that, here’s his card \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Red is his favourite colour, so I had to include that.\u00a0 Sadly I’m lacking in boy stamps, those teenage male cards are a tricky one.\u00a0 I had my all my pieces of card ready to stick down, but it the card was still looking a little plain.\u00a0 As I was putting the Number of Years Stamp Set away, Kinda Electric sort of called out to me, I’m so glad it did.\u00a0 It added that little something extra I needed.<\/p>\n

Check out that sparkle!\u00a0 I also added some Wink of Stella on the sunburst image behind the 15 too.\u00a0 I’m usually too lazy or behind in work to make the boys cards, so hopefully he’ll like this one.<\/p>\n
