Hey, Chick!\u00a0 Have you seen that graphic on Facebook that says January, February, March, Blink, December??\u00a0 It’s CRAZY!\u00a0 It feels like we’ve just had Sale a Bration 2016, and yet another one is just around the corner.<\/p>\n

I’ve got a little sneak peek for you from one of the Free sets in the 2017 SAB catalogue.\u00a0 It’s super cute and is called Hey, Chick!<\/p>\n

Isn’t she the funnest looking chicken you’ve seen?\u00a0 There’s 2 other groovy chicks in the set too.\u00a0 I created about 24 of these cards over a couple of sittings.<\/p>\n

She (looks more like a he, but anyway) has been stamped in Stazon onto Watercolour Paper.\u00a0 I’ve used Crushed Curry and Tangerine Tango for the crown feathers. Smoky Slate has been splashed on her body and tail feathers.<\/p>\n

I’ve then cut her\/him out with the Stitched Shapes Framelits.\u00a0 Good news too – they should be ready for ordering again in January.\u00a0 For some reason I have copious amounts of Tangerine Tango Card Stock so I decided to use that as my card base rather than Crushed Curry.\u00a0 I’ve cut it into 3rds to make a card that is about 9.9cm x 10.5cm finished size.<\/p>\n

Add a\u00a0thin strip of matching DSP from one the stacks… at least I think it’s matching, it could actually be Cajun Craze.\u00a0 My paper is all mixed up and I couldn’t tell!\u00a0 Finish off with Hey, Chick as your sentiment.<\/p>\n

I’m super excited for Sale a Bration, but I’m also excited about all the product on the Close Out List too.\u00a0 I just want to mention that a few of bundle items will be carrying over, however they will not be bundled together and will not have the current 10% saving on them.\u00a0 If you’re after them, grab them now.<\/p>\n
