Welcome to the Stamping Society July Blog Hop! This month we are featuring the gorgeous Beautiful Friendship stamp set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let’s get straight to the card shall we?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You know sometimes you just can’t get the balance right on a card? Well that happened to me while creating this card. So, instead of moving layers around and trying to add more bling and embellishments, I trimmed my card width down. I took 1.5cm off the width. So my finished card is 9cm x 13cm. Soooo much happier with the balance now. You might like to try it next time too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The colours I’ve used are Blushing Bride, Rococo Rose, Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Old Olive Inks. Rococo Rose, Bermuda Bay and Pool Party Card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tend to also forget about our other embellishments like these cute little clips. I’m on a quest this year to use embellishments outside my comfort zone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
