Cheep Talk

EEEKK!! I’m running a little late for my Utah Diva’s International Saturday Sketch.

I did have it made on Friday, but needed to do some housework before the lecture from the husband came (I’m sure you all know the one I’m talking about) *sigh*

So here it is.

Hmmm I thought about doing a brayered sky technique with the moon/sun as the circle with a silhouette of grasses or flowers etc.  But I thought everyone would do that so I would try something different.

I’ve used the Circle Scissor Plus to cut out a circle from the Rose Red base, then created Pumpkin Pie and Summer Sun rings.  The base card is Whisper White, which is where I’ve stamped the branch and bird from Cheep Talk set.  The Rose Red card has been lifted with dimensionals, and then I’ve applied Crystal Effects to the bird to give him some shine.

• Ink: Rose Red, Kiwi Kiss, Basic Black
• Other: Circle Scissor Plus, Kiwi Kiss Ribbon, Crystal Effects, Dimensionals, Sponge Daubers
