Trio Flower Punch
I haven’t CASED in such a long time, but one of my down down down lines (I think I got all the downs) created a stunning card using Baroque Motifs, the 2 Step Bird Punch and the Trio Flower Punch. Â I’ve take some of her elements and turned it a card of my own.
I still think Kirsty Brown’s card pooped all over mine, but the ladies at Linc n Learn were very happy with their cards today.
This is card I made last night. Â Then after I made it I thought that perhaps the bird was far to dark for the card.
So I made another one using Baja Breeze instead of Soft Suede.
Which one do you prefer?

- Stamp Sets: Baroque Motif
- Card: Sahara Sand, Soft Suede, Baja Breeze
- Ink: Soft Suede, Sahara Sand
- Embellishments: Pretties Kit (half back pearls)
- Tools: 2 Step Bird Punch, Trio Flower Punch, Sponge Daubers, Mini Glue Dots, Tombow Multi Glue, Dimensionals

I think I prefer the brown bird. I thought to try something different you could make a olive green branch instead of the brown (old olive or always artichoke) Im not sure if that is the colour you have stamped the backgound branches or if that ink is just a lighter brown. Lovely cards again.
I love them both and I love the card in these colours. I think I prefer the straight layer across rather than the circle on my card.

Gorrrrrrgeous cards!! I like both of them! I’m wondering if a combo of the 2 colours for the bird would work as well as in dark body and light wing and vice versa….may have to give it a try myself! 😀
