Create Beautiful Cards with Frosted Forest Layering Bundle
Woohoo!! We have another bundle that contains Masks/Stencils! The Stampin Up Frosted Forest Bundle is fabulous. I wasn’t going to get it, but heck, I just love the ease of colouring with Stencils.
I have two cards for you today, both have been teamed up with the Full of Life Scrapbooking Paper, which is so bright and happy.
I couldn’t decide which shades of Green to use for my first card, so I decided to just make both variations that were in my head. I really like the touch of yellow mixed in with the greens.
This card uses Crushed Curry, Shy Shamrock and Shaded Spruce. The main tree image is stamped in Pecan Pie, and filled in with Crumb Cake.
The second card I’ve switched out the greens for Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green, I’ve kept the same colours from Card 1.
One of the great things I love about this bundle, is that it has a variety of different trees. So for the 3rd card, I used the other trees to make a Christmas Card. Each year I create an Orange and Pink Christmas Card, so here’s my kick off for this year.
The colours for this one are Petal Pink, Melon Mambo, Peach Pie and Pumpkin Pie. I’ve added Wink of Stella to the darker inks on both trees. To make life a whole lot easier, I laid the mask back down on the tree painted Stella straight over the top. So much quicker, and you don’t have to be as neat! (I should really use moisturiser on my hands!)
