I’ll be ordering supplies around the 30th July, if you could register your interest by then, that would be great.  I’ll then Cut, Pack and email off Instructions to you 

My form is a little dodgy due to my blog theme.  If you put your cursor above the First Name for example you will be able to enter your details.  I’ll be getting this checked out to make it easier in the future.
