Magnolia DT Card
The European way of cardmaking is soooo different to what I’m use to. I’m so use to everything matching that I find it a real challenge to step out of my comfort zone.
Here I’ve coloured Tilda in Stampin’ Up! Write Markers and an Aquapainter. She’s been stamped onto watercolour paper with Black Stazon. To add some shimmer to her, I then painted on some H2O’s. Some of the card and paper comes from Magnolia, the other, Chocolate Chip and Almost Amethsyt comes from SU.
I added some swirls from the Priceless set, some photo corners, and Rhinestone Brad in the centre of the flowers.
I really like the layout, might even challenge myself to recreate it in a layout! *GULP*

I do know exactly what you mean Ailsa but I really believe that by adding these little guys to your own style of card, rather than doing it ‘the European way’ is what will make your Magnolia’s unique! You have a beautiful style all of your own and I love your cards! Welcome from me to the DT! :o)
I love it Alisa…it is a little different from your usual style, but still you…must be the gorgeous colouring!! I’m really loving those Tilda stamps, very, very cute.
