Merry Christmas Card
This Merry Christmas Card was such a fun one to create. One of the ladies from Linc n Learn (also a hobby demo) bought in some cards to share, and everyone loved this one. I don’t have the framelits for it so Christine offered to bring it in for us to use and recreate the card.
The Real Red background layer was embossed in the sample card, but we forgot to take in the correct base plate for the Big Shot. errrrr….. after a bit of thinking all was not lost. Instead of embossing, we inked up the inside of the Brick Wall Embossing Folder with Real Red Ink, put our card in the folder and pressed the inked side onto our cardstock. Problem solved 🙂
The Home for Christmas paper works a treat with for this card as Santa can be in several positions behind the window, and you could make oodles of these cards as he’s all over the 2 sheets of paper that come in the pack.
