Stampin’ Up! Sprinkles of Life
Welcome to this month’s Around the World Stampin’ Up! Blog Hop. The theme this month is CASE’ing the Catalogue. This means we take a card from the Catalogue and recreate it using another stamp set, colours etc. I’ve chosen to use the Stampin’ Up! Sprinkles of Life set.
I’ve chosen the Bear Hugs card on page 107 to base my card on.
I’ve kept the same layout but switched out the colours and stamps.
I’ve used the Brushstrokes Background set on Flirty Flamingo card, with the same ink. The ice cream cone is coloured with Crumb Cake and Soft Suede, so I’ve matched up the two strips of card with this. The ice cream is coloured with Blushing Bride and Flirty Flamingo Ink. All colouring is done on Watercolour Paper.
I did add a little bling in the form of Rhinestones and Stella on the background stripes.

Great CASE! I love a CASE that uses different stamps AND different colours 🙂
So at first glance, I did not know what was copied there. The layout I have not noticed 🙂 Very nice implemented !
Great layout! I had not noticed this sample in the catalog before. I love the way you used the Sprinkles of Life stamp set and can’t wait to try this layout too!
