Stampin' Up! Thoughtful Branches - Limited Edition

Hey Everyone! I’m back with another card using the Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Branches bundle. Such an exciting limited edition bundle, today I’ve made another flower card.

I LOVE the look of this Hydrangea and the fact that you can stamp petals (or leaves for the tree) on the flower head, or leave them plain.

Can you believe this is the first time I’ve used the Sweet Sugarplum colour?? I loves it, and think I’ll be using it a little more now.

Here are the basic instructions if you’d like to recreate this card:

Fold Sweet Sugarplum Card (105 x 260mm) in half with spine at the top. Adhere a piece of Whisper White Card (90 x 110mm) at an angle on the card front. Adhere a circle of Wild Wasabi on the Whisper White panel. Stamp For You on a piece of Whisper White card with Rich Razzleberry Ink, and made into a banner. Adhere this to your card front.

Cut out the Stem from a piece of Garden Green card, adhere to the front of your card. Cut out the flower head from a piece of Rich Razzleberry Card. Stamp the petals onto a piece of Sweet Sugarplum Card with Rich Razzleberry Ink and cut out with framelits. Glue the two flower heads together so they are slightly off, with the Rich Razzleberry peeking out from behind. Crumple up the flower in your hand a few times, and then straighten out. Cut small pieces of Dimensionals and use them to adhere the flower head to the top of the stem. Finish your card with a little bit of bling.
