Happiness Surrounds
A couple weekends ago I had a play with a Salt Technique. There’s a few video’s on my Facebook Page, if you want to check them out. This is the one that DIDN’T work! I decided use the Limited Edition Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set. And I kept it pretty simple.
The background is created on Watercolour Paper using Bermuda Bay and Lemon Lime Twist Ink. And now, as I’m typing this up, I’ve realised I used Granny Apple Green card! Doh!!
Anyway..I then stamped the Medalion from Happiness Surrounds in Versamark and White Embossed. Then using the Snowfall Thinlits, I cut one one of the flowery dies from Granny Apple Green, and a detailed die from Bermuda Bay. I painted the GAG with Wink of Stella so it shimmers from behind.
Happy Birthday is from the Sunshine Sayings Set, white embossed on Berumda Bay card. Topped off with a handful of Rhinestones, and I’m done.
Even though I spent some time on the background (it was more waiting to dry time), I’ve kept the stamping itself pretty simple.
We’re nearly half way through the month, which means that you only have just over two weeks to grab this set and die if you want them.
