Garden Whimsy
Garden Whimsy has met the Elite Challenges Sketch number 9!
For this card, I coloured the tulip image in with a lighter marker first, then added a touch of darker marker to give it some depth.  I’ve also used some of the beeautiful Designer Papers from the Palette O’ Prints Promtion with a little bit of Old Olive Ink Sponged around the edgs, as suggested by my downline Bev 🙂
