Hi Everyone! Today I’m sharing the new Stampin Up Healing Hugs stamp set. It’s from the new Distinktive Stamp Range, and is just sooo pretty. We made these cards a Linc N Learn, as usual we made two cards. The Granny Apple Green card is the same size in both cards, it’s amazing how just…
So, I know Stampin’ Up!’s One Wild Ride is not a new stamp set, BUT I am going to use it with a brand new colour. Gray Granite, which is actually a really great neutral colour, and a great man colour! I have a few of the same card, but with a few little difference…
Sometimes you find a great sketch that you keep playing with, but in different settings with completely different products. Today I’m sharing with you the same sketch from my Rooted in Nature card but with Share What You Love DSP. Don’t forget that the Share What You Love Bundles are only available until the end…
If I was a betting person, I’d bet that this set is going to be extremely popular! It’s a brand new set called Rooted in Nature. I’ve had my first play with it, and made the same card in two colour combos: The first one is on Cajun Craze base. The second on Blackberry Bliss…
I came across a tutorial that used colour crystals, a background stamp, and a stamp positioning tool that I thought would be perfect for our Stamparatus and Brusho. Only I didn’t use a background stamp, I used Sheltering Tree. It’s a fantastic technique that gives you a different look each time you do it. We…
Hey everyone! I’ve been thinking of try the Zip Lock Bag Technique, but making it again with a twist. Normally I’ll use the technique with water on Watercolour Paper, but this time I’ve used it with rubbing alcohol and Glossy Card. I have to say I’m pretty happy with the results I got. And of…
Hi Ho Everyone!! Today I’m sharing a masculine card created with the Waterfront Stamp Set. This card is a mixture of two cards that I have seen on Pinterest, from World of JenCraft and Stamped AF. I loved them both so much, I decided to blend them. Here’s the matching Video to go with it. …
I really don’t know why it took me so long to crack open my jar of Shimmery Embossing Paste. It is so pretty, and glittery. Coloured with our reinkers, just makes it even more sparkly. I’ve made 3 cards, all very similar. Two at Linc n Learn, and one during my Facebook Live Card Class….
I had a little bit of Beautiful Peacock craziness the other day. At Linc n Learn we recreated the other detailed card on the cover of the SAB Brochure. We did have to change it up a little bit (a lot) as we cut those flourishes out with a scan n cut, so they needed…
There’s usually a card somewhere in the Catalogues – usually the front cover – that takes your fancy and you feel like recreating. This was the case (pun not intended) when at Linc n Learn we decided to CASE the cover of the SAB. On this occasion we CASEd the Amazing You Card, and I…
It had been awhile since I sat down and just coloured for myself. My hubby has been away from work, and I was really naughty and spent the whole weekend just colouring. I really enjoyed it. So, now I have a few images all coloured and ready to be made into cards. Stampin’ Up! Flying…
I cleaned my craft room! I have bench top and floor again! I’m super excited. I changed a few things around, and am enjoying being in there again. Anyways I found a pile of backgrounds and images that I’d coloured, so rather than throw them out, I thought I’d sit down and turn some into…
I love it when you accidentally find new ways to use products. Today’s Brusho Ombre Effect was one of those happy accidents. This look gives such a nice soft look to Brusho, which is usually quite bold. Here’s the video to go along with the technique (come to the blog if you’re reading via email)…
Are you sick of Brusho yet? I hope not, because I have a great Brusho Stencil Technique to share with you today. It’s another super easy technique, but the best part of this one is that you’re actually getting two pieces of artwork to play with, not just one. Here are the two cards I’ve…
I’m still experimenting with Brusho. Today I have a Brusho Crayon Resist Technique for you. I was super excited that these older techniques now have a new lease on life. And so much fun! I tried this technique out with a few different liquid activators, and they…
