Hey everyone! I’ve been thinking of try the Zip Lock Bag Technique, but making it again with a twist. Normally I’ll use the technique with water on Watercolour Paper, but this time I’ve used it with rubbing alcohol and Glossy Card.
I have to say I’m pretty happy with the results I got. And of course, I got nice and inky in the process.
I’ve kept the card pretty simple, as I didn’t really want to take away from the piece I created. The colours I used were Bermuda Bay and Dapper Denim. On a piece of Whisper White Thick card, I just placed circles of the alcohol piece, Bermuda Bay and Dapper Denim card. For You has been cut using a die from the Mini Treat Die. A couple of sequins and the card is done.
Here’s the video to show you how the technique was done. If you’re reading via your email, you’ll need to come to the blog to view it.
I hope you have a go at this fun technique and get all inky too.
Cheers for now
Alisa
