Country Club Designer Series Paper

I am so excited to share projects with you from demonstrator friends around the world all using the Country Club Designer Series Paper. I am honored to be a part of this design team and love that we can all share projects using the same DSP. Make sure to check out all the blogs (list at the bottom) and enjoy these projects from around the world.

I am going to start off by saying that I have absolutely no interest in golf, nor do I like all the tartan and check in the paper… BUT I love the way my card turned out!

I had forgotten that a whole 2 sheets of the paper where images of golfers, both male and female that you can colour in! So awesome. I picked a female image to colour (I have no need for more male cards) and decided to go bright and colourful despite the muted tones in the paper.

I’ve used the Stampin’ Blends to colour my image. To see all the colours and products I’ve used, just click on either of the photos. Now, none of the colours I picked coordinate with any of the colours used in the DSP. I chose to use the gray tartan (I think it’s tartan and not check – does it really matter?) and tie it all together with the colour of my Happy Birthday sentiments.

I then just finished my card with a few of the clear sequins from the Peaceful Poppies suite, and what you can’t see, is a little bit of Wink of Stella on the outfit of our golfer gal.

Now I just need to find someone who golfs and who’s Birthday is coming up!
