Crane of Fortune Thank You Card

Hi Everyone! Each month I send out thank you cards to my customers. Usually, it’s a mass production card, but this month I decided to go through my stash of cards. I actually found that I had almost enough for everyone, just needed to make one more. So this is it!

I did get inspiration for this card from one of the EU Artisan Designers. I saw her card on Insta, of course I didn’t save the card, I only drew a mud map of the layout. That will teach me to save cards so I can give proper recognition.

For this card I’ve used the Symbols of Fortune DSP as the main focus. Here’s a quick run down of the measurements:

• Thick Basic White: 4” x 10” (scored at 5”), 10.2cm x 25.4cm (scored at 12.7cm)
• Symbols of Fortune DSP: 3 1/4” x 5”, 8.3cm x 12.7cm
• Basic White: 3” x 5”, 7.6cm x 12.7cm
• Soft Succulent: piece for die cutting leaf
• Evening Evergreen: long thin piece for sentiment

The DSP is specialty paper, full of Smoky Slate and Foil, but I actually like the B side more, its full of gorgeous colours and patterns.

This card also ties in beautifully with my Crane of Fortune Class. If you’re taking it, you’ll have plenty of left overs to creat a card like this one.
