Friends are Like Flowers

Not normally a set I would have seen myself buying, but……. I saw some cards made by Yvette who has a gallery at Splitcoaststamper, and I was hooked.

For these cards, I’ve used watercolour paper and stamped with Stazon.  One of the great things I love about Stampin’ Up! inkpads is that they are so versitile.  While the lid is on, give it a squeeze, then open.  Some of the ink from the pad will transfer onto the lid.  Using an aqua pen, i’ve picked up the colour from the lid and coloured my images.

Card: Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, Black, Watercolour Paper

Ink: Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, Summer Sun, Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose

Stamps: Friends are Like Flowers, Floral Background, All about U

Other: Aqua Pen, Soft Subtle Buttons, Sponges, Glue Dots, Scallop Scissors

Materials are the same as above, but I’ve also used Regal Rose cardstock.
