Goodbye Roses in Winter

SOB!!  I cant believe that Roses in Winter is being retired.

I love the way that you just cant go wrong with this set.  It makes a stunning card in no time at all.

I’ve used Always Articoke for the base card, Cameo Coral with Alway Artichoke sponged around the edges, Mellow Moss card with Always Artichoke sponged around the edgeds.  For the stamped panel, i started off with the Weathered Background just lightly in Mellow Moss on Very Vanilla.  The Roses are stamped in Cameo Coral, stamped off twice, then once then none through the layers of the rose.  When the stamp is on the card, I gave it a hard twist to soften up the image.  The leaves are stamped in Mellow Moss and Always Artichoke, and the small flowers to fill in any spaces with So Saffron.  The verse is stamped in Always Artichoke.

More sponging around the edges of this panel.  Finish the card off with some Silver Brads.
