Stampin’ Up!’ Bike Ride
Welcome to Caseing the Catty Sunday Blog Hop! This week continue our caseing of the Holiday Catalogue.
This week, I started to base my cards on the Night in Bethlehem card on page 26, but as you can see, it ended up NOTHING like this card.
I was starting to run a little late for Linc n Learn when I was planning this (please tell me why I don’t organise the day before, instead of the morning of?). All I knew is that I wanted to use the Halloween Paper in the Holiday Catalogue for something other than Halloween. So I grabbed some matching colours from the paper without really thinking how my card would turn out – quite orange! Good for a young boys card tho don’t you think?
I only partially made my second card, deciding to bring it home and place it on a different colour card base.
I actually don’t mind them in the end! But really does not resemble the card I cased at all! Oh well, it was used for my starting point, so I guess that still counts a caseing doesn’t it?
Okay, next on our Hop we are visiting Mel to see which project is her starting point.
