Stampin’ Up! Flowering Flourishes
Darn it! I missed our Team Blog Hop this week. The theme for this week was Watercolouring too 🙁 I had a piece of watercoloured paper set aside too, but got caught up with family gardening (read weeding). Anyway, today I have used the watercoloured card along with the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Flourishes and Amazing Birthday Stamp Sets.

Tips for Recreating the Card:
Choose colours that blend well together. I’ve watercoloured in Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral, Rose Red, Blackberry Bliss
Use the Embossing Buddy over the card before embossing in White Powder, it will help eliminate stray powder on your card.
Ink up your stamp with versamark well. The texture in the watercolour paper sometimes don’t pick up all the image.
Emboss your sentiment on Black Card with White Embossing Powder for a different look.
Embellish with Clear Sequins for a subtle extra.
I used Dimensionals for all the adhesive in this card to give loads of height.
This card was quick and easy. You could make up a pile of watercoloured backgrounds ready to go. The best part is that each one will be unique.
