Stampin Up Varied Vases

I love the simplicity of the new Stampin Up Varied Vases Bundle. And I love the way that your vases can be any colour or pattern to choose.

Today I’ve chosen to use some really bright bold colours. My favourite green at the moment – Granny Apple Green, and my first play with Lovely Lipstick.

I’ve started by sponging my colours onto whisper white in an ombre fashion, then simply flicked water onto the card and let it dry. This give is a great pattern. I then stamped my vases in black, and punched them out.

The other thing I’d like to point out to you, is the layer piece. I’m not sure if you can see it, but I’ve dry embossed it with an embossing folder called Subtle and is a Dynamic Embossing Folder. And it is that for sure. It’s a very subtle texture not unlike the textured cardstock we use to have.
