The Artful Stampers Blog Hop Challenge 43
I’m back playing again this week. I’d like to know who picked the colour combination for this week *cough cough* I had to have two attempts!! This week I’ve used Stampin Up You’ve Got This stamp set.
My first card was just waaaaayy too heavy. I think the Tip Top Taupe should have been something softer like Crumb Cake or Sahara Sand. So to make it a little lighter, I’ve opted to sponge some Tip Top Taupe onto the Brickwall embossed background!

Very pretty colours Alisa. I love the birthday circle behind the flower, with the lacy edge of the foil doily showing through. It looks so good against the lightly sponged brick wall..
Lovely! I love the contrast between the dainty flower on the shiny, gold foil doily and the rough, stained, brick wall.
