Let’s get straight to the card shall we?

You know sometimes you just can’t get the balance right on a card? Well that happened to me while creating this card. So, instead of moving layers around and trying to add more bling and embellishments, I trimmed my card width down. I took 1.5cm off the width. So my finished card is 9cm x 13cm. Soooo much happier with the balance now. You might like to try it next time too.

The colours I’ve used are Blushing Bride, Rococo Rose, Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Old Olive Inks. Rococo Rose, Bermuda Bay and Pool Party Card.

I tend to also forget about our other embellishments like these cute little clips. I’m on a quest this year to use embellishments outside my comfort zone!
