The Artful Stampers Blog Hop

It’s Stampin’ Up’s! New Annual Catalogue Time!!!

To celebrate, some of our Team – The Artfull Stampers – are sharing fabulous projects showcasing a selection of the gorgeous new products available in the 2012-2013 Catalogue!!

You may have hopped here from Tina’s Blog.  I’m stop #1 on the Hop and I’m glad you “hopped” in.

My projects made are using Blooming with Kindness.  We received this set as a gift from the Managers Reception when we were at Convention this year, and to tell you the truth, I’m a little indecisive about it.

I do love the way it stamps tone on tone as with this card done in Raspberry Ripple. It’s a fairly simple card, but the background looks great.

The next card I’ve done is another real quick and simple one.  I’ve used the acrylic block to lay down the colour first, and then stamped the flower over the top.  As the new inkpads are so juicy, it ‘stamped’ a really bold colour down.  This one is done in Summer Starfruit.

Any finally, for those who like a little more to their cards, here’s a more involved creation.  The colours are Primrose Pink, Always Artichoke and Sahara Sand.  I’ve coloured the ribbon myself by dragging it over the inkpad, but be careful with the new ones, they take some time to dry.

Well I hope you’ve like my offerings.

Now click on the link to Madonna’s for the next stop on our Hop. I am sure you will find lots of wonderful ideas on Madonna’s blog to inspire you. And in case you get lost or there are broken links just pop back here for the full list of stampers taking part in this hop.

  1. Lovely, lovely, lovely 🙂 Wondered where you got that ribbon from! Clever! Now I need to add ANOTHER set to my list 🙂 you are very convincing!! 🙂

  2. I love all 3 samples, the first two are gorgeous and more CAS which I struggle with, but I do love them, But my fave is the last one, has such a vintage feel that I just love to bits.

  3. I am a bit indecisive about this stamp set too Alisa, although I think now that I have seen what you have done with it, I am liking it a lot more! 🙂 It has worked really well as a background stamp, and also as a feature image. Gorgeous cards, all of them!
    Happy Stamping!

  4. Big thanks Alisa and all you clever girls ….. What fun on this Blog Hop Saturday morning! You have my creative mind in motion and my wish list growing. Big Raspberry Ripple inky hugs to all 🙂
